Yield stacking

Yield stacking lets one vault position earn two things at once: options premium from the strategy, and dividends from the tokenized stock underneath it.

How it works#

• You deposit tokenized shares into a vault.
• The vault writes options and streams premium to you.
• Where the token passes dividends through to holders, the vault collects them and credits them to the same position.

The condition that matters#

Dividends only stack if the tokenized stock itself passes them through. That depends on the token's issuer and terms, not on Vanterra. Check the token's terms before relying on dividend yield.
